RETURN

Items can not be returned when they are made to order, they are all hand made.
But an order can be cancelled within 7 days. We offer you a refund of the full amount.

EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are detective or damaged.


REFUND

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take up a couple business days for your refund to be processed from the moment the order is received at the office.
